Often we think of New Year’s Resolutions and strive to meet goals and accomplish things we’ve yet to accomplish the year prior.
This year and next, I challenge you to take a deep look within yourself and determine how you are contributing to your success or lack thereof. This is a reality check, your reality check.
Be honest with yourself. It is truly the only way you will break boundaries and exceed expectations. Change begins with you.
I know you can do it. Don’t let another day or another hour or another year pass by without finishing what you’ve started. Without doing what you should’ve done. Without making that trip or calling that friend or family member, or taking that job, starting that business or helping those in need….not one more minute should you reflect on what you could have done but didn’t. 
2015 is your year and I challenge you to #MakeItWork so those regrets turn into accomplishments and those challenges become character scars.
