My first job ever I was 16 years old. I worked at K-Mart as a part-time cashier.  I remember getting my first paycheck and being so excited to run home and show my mom. I felt proud of my hard 2-weeks’ pay of $278.98. I ran right into the house, flicked the light switch and….nothing. The lights were cut off. We owed $255 so they disconnected us until we could pay. That night I learned a valuable lesson. Working hard all day means nothing if you’re still struggling to keep the lights on.

Since then, I’ve worked hard, leveraged my skills, and always made sure I had more than enough to keep the lights on. I’ve managed to excel in every position I’ve ever held. Each and every time I nailed a new position, I secured a higher paycheck and title. And the best part is, I did this without having the benefit of any “hook-ups” to get my foot in the door. It was solely from creating a name for myself in my industry and leveraging relationships to get what I needed to live the life I wanted.

It wasn’t until I successfully negotiated a 15k increase in salary for a new position in less than a year that I realized, I developed a stellar career strategy that I needed to share. That’s when I created the blueprint for Triage Coaching.

I faced the same challenges most people encounter when maneuvering through the workforce; backstabbers, jealousy, gossip, failure, embarrassment and rejection. But by using the strategy I built, I was able to turn the tables and always come out on top and I want to teach you exactly how to do it too!
